- Click on the icon above to begin the installation of
the remote support software.
- You'll be asked to either "Run" or "Save" the
install package - click on the "RUN"
button (with a Cable or DSL connection, this should take
no longer than 5 minutes to download to your computer).
- Next, you'll be asked to install the software.
Again, click on the "RUN" button.
- When you are ready for your remote support session,
double-click on the Symantec
pcAnywhere
icon that was placed on your
desktop, similar to the one above.
- When pcAnywhere opens, click on the "Go to
Advanced" view option in the window pane on the
left, under the "Views" section.
- Call PDC Support at (781)-942-2950
and let them know you are ready for a remote-support
session. You will be asked to either click on the "PDC Support"
or "PDC Support2" option.
